2008 Asian greco-roman championship

Iran wins team title

With three gold, one silver and one bronze, Iran won Asian greco-roman wrestling championship team title in Jeju, Korea.

At the second day, 2007 world bronze medalist Ghasem rezaei repeated his last year Asian gold medal at 96kg. Also Mehdi Mohammadi won bronze medal at 74kg. Abouzar Nourzadeh was seventh at this competitions.

Iran greco-roman team should compete in Olympic qualification tournaments for 60kg, 66kg and 74kg licences.
